雌牛章 / Al-Baqarah アッラーは誰にも、その能力以上のものを負わせられない。人は自ら得たもの（善行）によって自らを益し、自ら稼いだもの（悪行）によって自らを損ねる。（こう祈るがよい。）「我らが主よ、私たちをお咎めにはならないで下さい。もし私たちが忘れたとしても、また過ちを犯したとしても。我らが主よ、また、あなたが私たち以前の者たちに課されたような厳しいご命令を、私たちには課さないで下さい。我らが主よ、そして私たちが担いきれない重荷を、私たちには負わせないで下さい。また、私たちを大目にご覧になり、私たち（の罪）をお赦しになり、私たちにご慈悲をおかけ下さい。あなたは私たちの庇護者なのですから。ゆえに不信仰者である民に対して、私たちを勝利させて下さい。」 2:286 Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacity. It will have [the consequence of] what [good] it has gained, and it will bear [the consequence of] what [evil] it has earned. "Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred. Our Lord, and lay not upon us a burden like that which You laid upon those before us. Our Lord, and burden us not with that which we have no ability to bear.
